Software Licensing is based on a per instance model. Unlike other products in the market we do not charge additional fees for a server application license.

The AP Team members do not require licenses. There is no limit to the number team members who can access processed invoices.

A valid installation is defined as: One database instance of the application database and one installation of the application on a single server. Should you require more than one instance of the database and/or application additional fees are required.


versaAPAI minor and major upgrades are made available free to customers (along with any associated license key) who have current and valid Annual Software Support & Upgrade Insurance. This may not include new feature set modules.

If Annual Software Support & Upgrade Insurance has lapsed, or is not taken out after the first year of purchase, any new major upgrade will need to purchased again.
